 * Is there any difficulty reconciling Proverbs 18:13-15 with Colossians 2:8?
 

 * The Colossians reading, especially from verse 8 to verse 21, is sometimes used mistakenly as an attack on modern sciences. The targets are usually cosmology, palaeontology, and of course evolutionary biology; less often applied sciences, such as biology when used for medicine or geology when used to find valuable minerals.
