— discussion relevant to this wiki —
* Is "Adam" in 1 Chronicles 1:1 male and female as Genesis says? Some Jewish legends had a hermaphrodite Adam, cut in half by God! What other interpretations are possible?
* Ezekiel mentions Noah, Daniel, and Job as paragons of righteousness: it has been argued from this that other parts of Genesis must be literally true. Against this it is argued that fictitious people, such as characters in Jesus' parables, would have served the same purpose. What is your view?
* Jesus said "I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." This can be used to "prove" that Jesus "endorsed" the belief that Satan is a fallen angel. Is mention always "endorsement"? How can we tell when argument from endorsement is fallacious? Or is it always fallacious? Where else do we find contention based on Argument from "Endorsement"?
