18 And he [Jesus] said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
This verse illustrates the fallacy of Argument from "Endorsement" — it can be used to "prove" that Jesus "endorsed" the belief that Satan is a fallen angel. See also Luke 16:22-31.
