KJV
4 For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.
5 For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
Literal Reading
Verse 5 is cited here as "accepting" events of early Genesis "as literally true" — as opposed to scientific understandings of creation — though "the LORD made the heavens" does not preclude any beliefs about how or when he did so! The statement covers a very wide range of beliefs, including Ancient Universe and The Big Bang, the "Gap Theory", Young Earth Creationism and more. See comments here.
People who believe and affirm that "the LORD made the heavens" may not agree at all about how he unfurled them!
