"Hydroplate Theory" is the name given by engineer Dr Walt Brown to his version of Flood Geology. It explains Noah's flood as having arisen from the disturbance of a vast amount of underground water, which caused the crust of the earth to break away in huge sections which slopped around in the flood, eventually settling in place as the elements of the modern world map.
