Mark’s preoccupation: εὐθὺς (euthys) adv. immediately, anon, forthwith — much more than in other gospels. Appropriate for busy saviour-servant.
Strong's 2112: Immediately, soon, at once. Adverb from euthus; directly, i.e. At once or soon.
