1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
2 Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.
3 The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.
4 The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
5 Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.
1 The Lord reigns; he is robed in majesty;
the Lord is robed, he is girded with strength.
Yea, the world is established; it shall never be moved;
2 thy throne is established from of old;
thou art from everlasting.
3 The floods have lifted up, O Lord,
the floods have lifted up their voice,
the floods lift up their roaring.
4 Mightier than the thunders of many waters,
mightier than the waves[a] of the sea,
the Lord on high is mighty!
5 Thy decrees are very sure;
holiness befits thy house,
O Lord, for evermore.[a] Cn: Heb mighty the waves
1 The LORD reigns!
He is robed in majesty,
the LORD is robed,
he wears strength around his waist.
Indeed, the world is established, it cannot be moved.
2 Your throne has been secure from ancient times;
you have always been king.
3 The waves roar, O LORD,
the waves roar,
the waves roar and crash.
4 Above the sound of the surging water,
and the mighty waves of the sea,
the LORD sits enthroned in majesty.
1 The LORD is king, he is robed in majesty;
the LORD is robed, he is girded with strength.
He has established the world; it shall never be moved;
your throne is established from of old;
you are from everlasting.New Revised Standard Version Bible, copyright © 1989 the Division of Christian Education of the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the United States of America. Used by permission. All rights reserved.

The Primal Sea at the time of the end.
Jewish Study Bible notes:
Ps. 93: This enthronement psalm (see introduction to Ps. 47) narrates God's ascent to the throne after defeating the powers of chaos, represented in vv. 3-4 as the ocean. It is an Israelite adoption and transformation of the Canaanite myth about Baal's kingship (see 92.10). In classical rabbinic (see b. Rosh Hash. 31a) and later liturgical tradition, it is recited on Friday nights. Like the previous psalm, it concerns creation, and thus is connected to the Sabbath, which commemorates the completion of creation; a superscription in the LXX also connects it to the Sabbath. The kingship psalms grouped together (93-99) may have been seen as a subcollection in antiquity; none has a Davidic superscription.
NET Bible study note to v.4:
sn The surging waters here symbolizes the hostile enemies of God who seek to destroy the order he has established in the world (see Pss 18:17; 29:3; Psalm 32:6; 77:20; 144:7; Isa 17:13; Jer 51:55; Ezek 26:19; Hab 3:15). But the Lord is depicted as elevated above and sovereign over these raging waters.

Geocentrism in the Bible
Reading this verse literally we see that the earth is immobile, contrary to the heliocentric model accepted by modern science. See Theistic Heliocentrism for the comparison between Heliocentrism and Evolution: both have been condemned for being (apparently) contrary to Scripture; Heliocentrism is a more serious error than Evolution if we judge by how many people have actually been executed for it!
In fact, however, neither Astronomy nor Evolution necessarily denies the hand of God by studying natural causes and effects.
