32Thus was all the work of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation finished: and the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.

43And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they have done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.
The Temple is a microcosm of the world
The Jewish Study Bible Notes on Psalm 24:1-2 say:
God tamed the primeval waters and founded the earth upon them (Ps. 136.6); He is therefore to be acknowledged as the supreme sovereign of the world. The Temple is a microcosm of the world (cf. Gen. 2.1-3; Exod. 39.32, 42-43) and thus God's act of creation forms an appropriate introduction to this Temple liturgy.
Comparing, as suggested, the completion of the Tabernacle in Exodus with the completion of the creation of the heavens and earth in Genesis 1:1 to 2:3, we see echoes:
